• Provision for Special Circumstances: Specific protocols shall be established to provide appropriate consideration and specialized treatment for individuals who have sustained injuries or experienced bereavement within the context of military service. Technical assistance and priority medical repatriation services may be allocated based on the severity of the clinical requirement and service history.

2.2 Veteran Recruitment and Integration

SkyAngels Air Ambulance prioritizes the recruitment of veterans, recognizing that military medical training and aviation experience are directly transferable to the ICU medical aircraft environment.

• Qualification Recognition: Military-acquired skills, including battlefield medicine, technical flight engineering, and command logistics, shall be weighted appropriately during the selection process.
• Career Transition Partnership (CTP): Formal engagement with the Career Transition Partnership shall be maintained to facilitate the employment of service leavers into clinical and operational roles.
